Danau Lumayan began developing 102 acres of land in Bandar Tun Razak in June 2000 and till to date we have completed approximately 3,000 unit of residential apartments, condominiums and shop lots.

Danau Lumayan has an excellent track record of delivering well designed quality unit at reasonable prices. All our unit have been delivered within 30 months of the launch of the project with full Certificates of Fitness (CF). Future launches include a mixed commercial development incorporating shop and corporate offices, commercial mall and budget hotel.

Datuk Shaheen Mirza Habib has over 30 years experience in financial and marketing management. He has contributed immensely to the development of Danau Lumayan Sdn. bhd. Datuk Shaheen is also the founder of Securiforce Sdn. Bhd. He was only 28 when he started the Company. Now it has 4000 guards in it’s employment and have 45 branches throughout Malaysia. Services provided include Guarding, Cash-In Transit, Cash Management & ATM, Coins Agent for Bank Negara Malaysia and also logistics business. Because of his relentless contribution in the security industry, he has been appointed as the President of Persatuan Perkhidmatan Kawalan Keselamatan Malaysia or better known as PPKKM since March 2007 till present.

Encik Kamal Tun Ismail has been in the architectural business for the past twenty (20) years and has been the owner of his own architectural practice for the past of fifteen (15) years. The firm has amongst their clients most of the large corporate developers in the country. Amongst the projects undertaken in his capacity as consulting architect are :

Danau Lumayan Develoment is a mixed develoment project with the following objective :

  • To undertake a planned and orderly development of 102 acres of state land through privatization concept.
  • To establish a successful collaboration between public and private sector in managing developments, in line with vision 2020.
  • To develop a regional, commercial and residential centre for the surrounding area of Bandar Tun Razak.
  • To implement a development scheme which will maintain the environmental friendly image of Bandar Tun Razak. Actual development area is only 64% of the total site area. The central deep water lake and the other lake on the northern boundary is maintained for the resident’s use. The first lake is part of an 11.58 acre landscape recreation area.
